Why be just a carpet cleaner when you can be a FLOOR CARE SPECIALIST.  The competition only offers carpet and upholstery cleaning and maybe, tile cleaning.  We specialize in indoor residential and commercial floor care.  We clean, maintain, restore, and enhance the following types of surfaces:

  • Clean, polish & seal natural stone (marble, terrazzo, travertine, slate, etc)
  • Strip, clean, seal & polish (vinyl, saltillo,concrete)

  • We also clean upholstery (sofas, loveseats, car seats, etc)

We clean homes, business offices, doctor and dental offices, movie theaters, schools, churches, airports, factories, retail stores, sports facilities, shopping malls, cars, boats, motor homes, airplanes.

PROTECTED/EXCLUSIVE MARKET AREA
At Fast & Friendly, we offer an exclusive, protected area for you to operate in; the size of an area is based on population and location.  An area will include a city or cities with a minimum of 100,000 people, and will not cover an area larger than a 40 mile radius.  The cost of a large city may cost more than an area with a population of 100,000.  Available Territories Nationwide.

Your recommendations will be considered when determining the size of it.  Your area will be designed to fit your needs.  For example, if you want to expand your business and have employees, we would consider offering you a larger area.  If you would prefer a one-man operation, your area would be smaller.  We provide a better value for the cost of our franchise than any other franchise opportunity in existence today.

SET YOUR OWN PRICE
You have the freedom to charge your customers as much or as little as you would like.  For example, prices for cleaning carpet can range from 15 to 50 cents per square foot.  You will set your own price in your area.  Of course, we will assist you in establishing your pricing structure. During training, we will teach you several marketing strategies that will help you decide which clientele will be best for you to start with.

Regardless of your price, every Fast & Friendly operator must do quality work in order to succeed in business.  The lowest price is not always the best value.  So, we provide the highest quality work for a fair price.  Customers are impressed with the value they receive with Fast & Friendly.  Our processes work and our customers are happy.

TRAINING
We have the most innovative training program in the industry.  No previous experience is needed.  You’ll learn everything you need to run your franchise successfully.  Our in-depth Initial Training program is an up to date, comprehensive, structured program.  You are personally trained by the professionals at the corporate office and receive a detailed procedures manual which serves as a valuable resource for you.  The training school lasts for 9 days (Sa, Su, M, T, W, TH, F, SA, Su). 

Your training will cover all aspects of the business, including:

  • operating equipment
  • identifying floor types
  • customer service
  • marketing and advertising
  • bookkeeping and more. 

The training consists of classroom lectures and discussions, actual demonstrations, printed materials, video presentations, field trips, and hands-on training. 

Our training classes are small, so you receive individual attention.  We personalize the training to meet each attendee’s needs.  By the time you leave, you will have an excellent understanding of our business operations, processes and methods.

EQUIPMENT PACKAGE
Upon being awarded a franchise, you will receive everything necessary to operate a Fast & Friendly franchise.  You will receive all of the equipment needed to clean, maintain, and/or restore 96% of all indoor floors.  You’ll also receive enough supplies to generate about $5,000 to $6,000.  We will not try to sell you more equipment or supplies while you are at the training school. 

PRODUCT LINE
Our products work better than anything else on the market.  They are designed to be safe and effective and to give our operators maximum performance.  We are constantly researching ways of improving our products and processes. Our findings will keep you updated in the floor care and maintenance field.  Our products, when used correctly with our process, give the customer the quality results they want.

We have a full line of specialty products which allow you to clean, maintain, and restore any floor surface.  You will learn the proper use of all our products during training. 

MISC
Best of all, you will have exclusive rights to a Fast & Friendly franchise area, where you may operate your business at your own pace.  We offer a turn-key operation, which means, the day you return from training, you can begin to realize an immediate cash flow.

The few items that you will be responsible for obtaining in your own area are:  a business license for your county, city or area, liability insurance and a white van or 5x8 trailer.  You will purchase all equipment and supplies through Fast & Friendly.  Our high quality products are competitively priced.  In addition, there is a low monthly royalty fee of $250 per month.  We do not charge a percentage of your revenues, so the more you make the more you keep.  Our franchise fee and our monthly royalties are among the lowest in the entire industry.

Initially, from your local advertising, we require you to invest $500 per month for the first year on advertising; this will get your phone ringing and get you on estimates to get the jobs.  After the first year, the amount you invest in advertising is up to you.  By the end of the first year, you’ll have repeat business and word-of-mouth referrals.  Then, your concern will be how to get all the work done or which jobs to accept.

Your customers are anyone with a floor or upholstery – homes, apartments, condos, schools, restaurants, churches, hotels, office buildings, yachts, airplanes, cars, warehouses, stores, anyplace with a floor is a potential customer
